Other Club Competitions

 

The Club conducts low-key handicap singles and doubles competitions each year.  The aim of the competitions is to provide competitive play for members and, in particular, to introduce relatively new members to competition play.

 

These are handicap competitions conducted as set out in the “Australian Laws Book” of the Australian Croquet Association Inc., and taking into account the “General Competition Rules – Golf Croquet”.

 

The dates of the competitions will be set each year depending on the Club competition schedule. 

 

Schedule and Entries

•    The Autumn Doubles competition is normally held in March each year. 

•    The Autumn Singles competition is normally held in April each year.

•    The Winter Doubles competition is normally held in June each year. 

•    The Winter Singles competition is normally held in July each year.

•    The Spring Singles competition is normally held in October each year.

 

Conditions of Play

•    Refer to the “General Competition Rules – Golf Croquet”.

•    The competition will be played under the Target Advantage Handicap system.

•    No Handicap Cards (fun day).
